1.  We encourage parents and caregivers to actively participate and embrace their role in ensuring the safety of their children.

2.  Please be aware that we share our sessions daily on social media for promotional purposes. If you prefer not to have photos or videos taken of your child or yourself, kindly inform us at check-in. Your privacy is important to us, and we appreciate your understanding. Thank you!

3.  Please note that certain areas during the sessions may be slippery. Although we take all necessary precautions to reduce this risk, we need you to be careful while walking and helping your children. Your safety is important to us, so please remain alert. Thank you for your cooperation!

4.  At our session, we prioritise safety and inclusivity by ensuring that our ingredients are free from eggs, dairy, soy, and nuts. While we take great care in our product selection, some items may carry allergy warning labels indicating they "may contain" these allergens. We encourage parents to review all labels and reach out with any questions to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for. Your child's safety is our top priority​

5. Kindly inform us of any allergies during your booking, or reach out to us to ensure a safe environment for your little one. Your child's safety is our utmost priority, and we aim to make your visit as perfect as possible.

6. What to Bring**

To ensure you have a great time, please remember to pack the following essentials: a towel, a change of clothes, and a plastic bag for any messy items. Don't forget to bring wipes, sunscreen, and a hat, especially if the venue is outdoors. Being prepared will help you enjoy your day to the fullest! 

 

7. We kindly request that you do not attend if you or your child are showing any signs of a contagious illness. The health and safety of everyone is our top priority. Please reach out to us, and we will provide you a credit. Thank you for your cooperation.

8.Please note that walk-ins are not accepted on the of the sessions. We encourage you to book your session in advance to ensure your spot. Thank you for your understanding!

9. We may cancel session due to unforeseen circumstances. Rest assured, we will contact everyone promptly, and you will have the choice of a gift voucher or a full refund. Thank you for your understanding and support.

Creative Kids Provider

NSW Government is helping your cost of living including Creative Kids, which is all about making it easier for school-aged kids (4.5 to 18 years old) to get involved in creative and cultural activities. Parents, guardians and carers can claim a $50 voucher per year to put towards the cost of lessons and fees with registered providers. It’s a great opportunity to let kids find their passion and learn new skills. Vouchers can be used to contribute to registration, participation and tuition costs for performing arts, visual arts, coding, languages, literature, music and other creative and cultural activities with our approved list of activity providers.

You must submit your voucher to us before you place your booking. Email your voucher code to info@funmessymates.com.au. We will the verify your voucher and book you in our program.

Vouchers CANNOT be:

​

  • split between more than one provider or registration

  • redeemed for cash.

  • ​cannot use to purchase craft items, and gift vouchers

Vouchers CAN only be used:

  • at one time (if the chosen activity fees are less than $50, the remaining balance cannot be used)

  • during the calendar year they are issued

  • for the person named on the voucher

  •  with approved Creative Kids providers.
